Opioid Dependency

Start buprenorphine treatment, often the same day.

Confidential virtual care for opioid use disorder. A licensed prescriber reviews your case, builds a plan, and stays with you through every step, including refills.

Not sure this is for you?

Signs it might be time for support.

These signs do not necessarily mean you have opioid use disorder. They can simply be a reason to pause, reflect, and consider talking with a qualified professional. If any of these feel familiar, reaching out for support can be a helpful next step.

Needing more to get the same relief you used to

Taking more than prescribed, or running out early

Tried to stop before and the withdrawal brought you back

Withdrawal symptoms between doses, sweating, aches, anxiety

Using opioids to feel normal, not to relieve pain

A doctor, pharmacist, or loved one has raised a concern

Medication that helps

Buprenorphine, prescribed and managed by a licensed clinician.

most common

Buprenorphine / naloxone (Suboxone)

Eases withdrawal and reduces cravings by acting on the same receptors as opioids, without producing the same high. Taken daily, with your dose adjusted over time by your prescriber.

Alternative option

Extended-release naltrexone

A monthly injection for members who’ve already completed withdrawal and want to block opioids’ effects entirely, rather than manage cravings with a partial agonist.

Your Recovery, Your Goals

Everyone’s recovery looks different. Some people want to stop using opioids completely, while others may need to focus first on reducing use and building stability. Your clinician will work with you to create a treatment plan based on your goals and adjust it as your needs change.

More than a prescription

A coach in your corner, not just a prescription.

Medication manages the physical side of opioid dependency. Staying steady long-term usually takes more than that, so every member is paired with support built for the in-between moments, not just the appointments.

Weekly coaching check-ins

A dedicated recovery coach who helps you plan for high-risk moments before they happen, and stays in sync with your prescriber on how you're doing.

Message your care team anytime

You can reach out when you need support, not only during scheduled appointments. Between visits, you can message your coach or clinician directly and receive a timely, personal response.

All you need to know

Can opioid dependency be treated virtually?

For appropriate patients, yes. Our clinicians can evaluate your opioid use, withdrawal risk, medical history, and treatment goals through a secure virtual appointment and determine whether virtual treatment is appropriate.

When clinically appropriate, our clinicians may prescribe buprenorphine/naloxone (Suboxone) as part of treatment for opioid use disorder. The decision is made after an individual medical evaluation.

When clinically appropriate, treatment can often begin quickly following your assessment. Your clinician will determine the safest and most appropriate starting plan based on your circumstances.

Be honest with your clinician about what you are using, how much, and when you last used it. This information is important for determining the safest treatment approach and timing for medications.

There is no single timeline that works for everyone. Treatment length depends on your response to medication, recovery goals, medical needs, and ongoing progress. Your clinician can adjust your plan as your needs change.

Plans start at $0/month.

We accept most major insurance plans. Care can cost as little as $0. We check your coverage before you pay anything.
